Born in 1976 in Cairo, Ahmed Mohamed
Sayed is a graduate of Ain Shams
University Faculty of Law. He received
thuluth-naskh certificate from Mahmoud
Ibrahim Salama, Abdullah Osman and
Baki Ahmed Mohamed. He completed his
calligraphy and illumination studies at the
Madrasat Tahsin al-Khutut (the School for
the Improvement of Calligraphy) in Cairo
where he also taught calligraphy. Ahmed
Mohamed Sayed Mostafa was a board
member of Egyptian Calligraphy Society
and worked for the Ministry of Culture of
the Arab Republic of Egypt as a calligraphy
designer.
