In cases of legal obligation, the uploader/sender of the content accepts that he/she is exclusively responsible. The MEMBER acknowledges and undertakes to comply with all the provisions of the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, Trademark Law, Commercial Law, Law on the Protection of Patent Rights, Penal Code and other relevant legal provisions of the Turkish Law.
