About Artist

 Arif Özdem began taking calligraphy lessons from Mr. Yusuf Bilen in 2009, encouraged by his father and uncle. In 2011, he started practicing with his teacher, Nurullah Özdem. He moved to Konya in 2018 to attend university. Since 2019, he has been studying the thuluth and jali thuluth scripts under his teachers Abdurrahman Depeler and Seyit Ahmet Depeler. He continues to take calligraphy lessons from his teachers to this day.
